Delivery
All Lucky Paws orders are dispatched via a tracked service using Royal Mail, DPD or Evri.
UK Mainland Delivery:
- Free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or DPD tracked 2–3 working days) on all orders of £40 and over.
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or DPD tracked 2–3 working days) on orders under £40: £3.99.
- Next Day Premium Delivery UK Mainland ONLY (Royal Mail or DPD): £4.99. Order must be placed before 17:00 (weekdays only) for same-day dispatch.
UK Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland:
- Free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Evri tracked 4–6 working days) on all orders of £40 and over.
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Evri tracked 4–6 working days) on orders under £40: £3.99.
- Unfortunately premium delivery is currently unavailable in these areas.
Dispatch & Processing Times:
- Orders received before 17:00, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 17:00 on weekdays will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within seven working days of order placement, please contact us at info@luckypawsuk.com so we can investigate this for you.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses that we have been given.
