Dog Drying Coats
Before anything else, make sure your dog is clean and dry, then before cutting the tags, try the dog drying coat on them to ensure it fits properly. If you need to return it, you’ll receive a full refund as long as the coat is clean and in its original condition.
To get the correct size, you’ll need to know your dog’s back length and weight. Please refer to our SIZING GUIDE, where you’ll find instructions and a video on how to measure your dog’s back length. Once you have these measurements, consult the sizing table to determine the best fit for your dog. If your dog falls between sizes for either back length or weight, we recommend sizing up. Please remember, the recommended breeds are only a secondary suggestion, please follow the back length and weight guides to ensure a good fit. If you need any further advice please don't hesitate to contact us.
We generally recommend sizing up, as this usually provides a more comfortable fit, additional coverage of the back, plus the dog drying robe is adjustable if it's a bit loose-fitting. However, some dogs can comfortably wear two sizes – one being a snug fit and the other a bit roomier. Opting for the smaller size might be more suitable if your dog has a tail that stands upright.
Our dog robe is available in 9 sizes, covering most breeds. However, we currently don’t offer sizes for some mountain dogs or short-legged breeds, such as dachshunds, corgis, and basset hounds. We are continuously working to expand our range to include these breeds in the future.
Yes, absolutely. For these breeds, we recommend focusing on the back length measurement rather than weight, as their length is typically greater while their weight is lighter. This ensures the coat covers their back properly. The coat features a wide, adjustable belly strap to keep it securely in place, even on slim-bodied dogs.
This can be a bit tricky. We generally recommend buying the size that currently fits your puppy. While it might seem costly to buy a new coat as your puppy grows, it ensures the best fit and safety. However, if your puppy is nearing their full-grown size and weight, you may be able to purchase a coat they can grow into. Just be cautious – if the dog drying robe is too large, your puppy could easily slip out of it, or worse, trip, which could be dangerous.
Our dog drying coat is perfect whenever your dog needs to dry off quickly, whether after a bath, swim, or rainy walk. If your dog is soaking wet (like after a bath), we recommend giving them a quick towel dry before putting on the coat. Our dog drying robe is also excellent for preventing the chaos and mess caused by post-bath zoomies, and it’s ideal for use at home or in the car after wet adventures. Beyond drying, it can keep your dog warm, help calm them with a comforting sense of security, serve as a cooling aid, and even provide post-surgery protection.
No, the dog drying coat is not designed for the outdoors, it's specifically designed with wider coverage for drying your dog. Allowing your dog to wee or do a no. 2 while wearing the dog robe will probably result in it getting soiled.
No, this isn’t a coat for outdoor walking. It’s essentially a wearable dog towel or dog bathrobe, designed specifically to dry your dog indoors or in the car after they’ve become wet. It’s not meant for outdoor walks.
Absolutely, our dog drying robe is handmade from an advanced microfibre that has been meticulously brushed for an extended time to achieve a luxuriously soft feel. Unlike standard microfibre, which can be scratchy, ours is sumptuously soft and incredibly snuggly, making it a pleasure for your dog to dry off in.
The microfibre-covered leg straps on our dog drying coat are designed to protect your dog from any nasty chafing caused by the elastic, which can be irritating for them. While you may not always need to use the leg straps, they are particularly helpful for keeping the dog drying robe securely in place, especially on very active dogs.
Dog Drying Bags
Before anything else, make sure your dog is clean and dry, then before cutting the tags, try the dog drying bag on them to ensure it fits properly. If you need to return it, you’ll receive a full refund as long as the coat is clean and in its original condition.
To find the correct size, start by measuring your dog’s back length and knowing their height. You can find detailed instructions and a helpful video in our SIZING GUIDE. Once you have these measurements, refer to the sizing table to choose the best fit. If your dog is between sizes for either back length or height, we recommend sizing down, as they are very generously sized. The drying bag is designed with extra space at the bottom, allowing your dog to lie down comfortably and giving you additional fabric for thorough rub downs.
We usually recommend sizing down since the drying bag is already designed to be quite roomy. If you size up, then the drying bag is likely to be too big for your pup and as a result they may well be able to escape from it.
We generally don’t recommend using a dog drying bag for a very young or boisterous puppy. Young pups tend to be more restless, and they may try to escape from the bag or move around in it, which we strongly advise against. It’s best to wait until your puppy is at least 6 months old before introducing them to a dog drying bag. The bag should always remain loose-fitting with plenty of room for your puppy to lie down and enough extra fabric for thorough drying. Keep in mind that as your puppy grows, you’ll likely need a larger bag. If your puppy is nearing their full-grown size and height, you may be able to choose a bag they can grow into.
It’s perfect for use after wet or muddy walks, drying your dog after a bath, shower, swim, or any time they’ve been in the water. If your dog is soaking wet, such as after a bath, we recommend giving them a quick towel dry over their head and then a thorough rub down in the drying bag. It’s also great for preventing the chaos and mess that often come with post-bath zoomies, and it’s ideal for use both at home and in the car after wet adventures.
No, the dog drying bag is specifically designed for drying your dog while they rest, not for walking about in. It should be used when your dog is lying down or sitting still to ensure effective drying. If your dog tries to walk in the bag, it could cause discomfort or, even worse, lead to tripping, which can be dangerous. We strongly advise against allowing your dog to walk around in the drying bag or leaving them in it for an extended period beyond what’s necessary for drying. Always ensure your dog remains lying or sitting down while in the bag, and never leave them unattended to help prevent any accidents.
Some dogs may instinctively try to move around or walk in the drying bag the first time they’re put in it. To help them adjust, we recommend introducing the drying bag after a long, wet walk or adventure while driving back home. When they’re tired and in the car, they won’t be able to walk around, which encourages them to settle down and enjoy the warmth by snuggling up in the bag, especially when it’s cold. Most dogs adapt quickly to the drying bag and soon find it a cosy and comforting place to be.
Puppy Heartbeat Comforters
Yes, it’s also beneficial for older dogs with anxiety, crate training, or adjusting to new environments. However, please note that this is NOT suitable for adult dogs who are chewers, as they will be able to destroy it if left to chew.
Yes, the soothing heartbeat and warmth from the heat pad provide reassurance and comfort, helping puppies settle and sleep more easily.
Many pet owners find that the comforter soothes their puppy, helping to reduce whining, barking and restlessness.
No, we use a very strong hook and loop closure to securely conceal the hidden pockets. When closed properly, puppies won’t be able to reach them easily.
The plush is made from high-quality, durable materials, but it is not a chew toy - it’s a comforter designed for gentle cuddles. Supervision is recommended for puppies that chew excessively.
Try placing it near their bed or pairing it with their favourite blanket. Most puppies adjust quickly to the comforting presence.
Yes, the comforter can be used for multiple puppies, but it’s best if each puppy has their own to prevent competition or stress over sharing.
The module runs on 2 x AAA batteries, and they should last several weeks depending on use. Please note: batteries are NOT included with the comforter.
Yes, it has timer settings (8-hour and 24-hour modes) to help preserve battery life.
No, it’s designed to be soft and soothing, providing comfort without being disruptive.
If this happens for any reason, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Extra heat pads can be bought separately through our website. They come in packs of 10, individually packed, providing 10 nights of additional comforting warmth.
Simply tear open the packaging to expose the heat pad to air. It is activated by oxygen and will start warming up. Shake gently to speed up the heating process.
No, the heat pad is single use. It CANNOT be reused or reheated. WARNING: DO NOT MICROWAVE!
Dog Cooling Mats
Measure your dog’s length from head to tail while lying down, and their height from their paws to the top of their head. Choose the mat size closest to these measurements, but for maximum comfort, we always recommend opting for a larger mat. If your dog falls between sizes, please choose the bigger mat.
Yes, but we strongly recommend to avoid using the mat if your dogs are heavy chewers. Whilst the cool mat is built to withstand tough conditions, it's not indestructible, if your dogs are chewers or heavy scratchers, they will be able to destroy it.
We do not recommend using the mat for other pets, especially cats due to their sharper claws, which can puncture the outer materials.
Our mat contains non-toxic cooling gel, however whilst it's non-toxic, it's not meant for consumption as it can cause an upset stomach if ingested in large amounts. If your dogs are prone to chewing mats or beds then this mat is not for them.
It's normal to find a little condensation inside the clear OPP bag that the cool mat is packaged in. This is the result of warm air coming in contact with a cold surface. It means the cool mat is very cold! Don't worry it's not a problem.
When unpacking the cool mat, it's normal to find that some areas of the mat are thicker or thiner than others. This is just because the mat has been folded up in the packaging for a period of time. Once the mat is opened up and starts being used, the cooling gel will gradually even itself out within the mat.
These aren't actually marks, they are the result of the very high pressure sealing process to ensure the cool mat is leakproof.
Recharge by leaving it in a cool place for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the environment.
No, the mat needs time to recharge, regardless of which side you use next. The cooling gel absorbs heat and requires a resting period to reset before providing effective cooling again.
For maximum cooling effect, use the cool mat on a hard, flat surface such as tiles, concrete, carpet, wooden floors, a car boot, or a dog crate.
We do not recommend using the mat on a dog bed or similar soft surfaces, as this can create uneven pressure points, which may damage the mat over time.
Yes, the mat is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but avoid direct sunlight, as it will negate the cooling effect.
Store the mat in a cool, dry place when not in use. Please remember to keep it away from direct sunlight.
Yes, the mat is foldable, making it easy to store or carry when travelling.
